Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 to 36 hours after they are received. All orders ship from Taipei with tracking & shipping confirmation. Shipping within Taiwan is included in the retail price of the poster. Shipping prices for US and Australia are shown at checkout.

Note: due to freight limitations during COVID, only Express Mail Shipping (EMS) is available from Taiwan Post. For other countries, please send us an inquiry: trickytaipeiblog@gmail.com

RETURNS

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and send a photo and description of the damage. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process. To start a return, please email: trickytaipeiblog@gmail.com. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded.
